Assembly Instructions
Assembly Sequence
Step 1:
Being careful not to scratch the paint, insert the rear of the Deck Plate into position on the frame, then lower the front of the Deck Plate. Begin placing the 4 Deck Bolts into the holes on the Deck Plate and start threading each bolt by hand. Once the bolts are all started, continue tightening the bolts with a 4mm Allen Wrench alternating on each bolt till all 4 bolts are tight.
Step 3:
Inset the Down Tube of the Front Frame into the Lower Down Tube so that the Retainer button pops through the Stay Hole on the Lower Down Tube.
Step 5:
Turn the Fork so the Dropouts at the end of the forks are angled forward, then place the front wheel into the Dropouts of the fork.
Step 7:
From behind the fork, guide the Fender through the Forks and Brake Caliper. Add the Fender Stay Tab to the Brake Caliper. Tighten the Brake Caliper lock nut securely using a 10 mm Wrench.
Step 8:
Slide on each Retainer Clips on the Axle. Place the looped ends of the Fender Stay Brackets over the axles and securely replace the capped nuts using a 15mm Wrench.
Step 9:
Loosen the Stem Bolt enough so that the wedge and stem can slide into the fork steering tube. Lower the stem until the minimum insertion mark is no longer visible. Once the handle bar is set to the desired height, lightly tighten the Stem Bolt with a 6mm Allen Wrench
